1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
- "p789," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the p789 platform accessible at p789.onl, licensed and regulated under PAGCOR.
- "Platform" means the p789 website, any mobile-optimized interface, and all associated game services, sportsbook functions, and account management tools.
- "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who registers for or uses a p789 account.
- "Account" means the registered profile created by a Player on the Platform, including the associated wallet and all transaction history.
- "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and specialty games available through the Platform.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by p789 subject to applicable bonus terms.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing p789's operations.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by p789 under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on the p789 Platform, accessing any game, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the p789 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable bonus terms and game-specific rules.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an account, contact p789 support to arrange closure of your account and return of any uninvested balance.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and p789. They supersede all prior oral or written communications between you and p789 regarding your use of the Platform.
3 Eligibility
To register and use the p789 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. p789 enforces strict age verification and any account found to have been created by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using p789 is legal in your jurisdiction. p789 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use outside the Philippines.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of p789 or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processor with knowledge of non-public operational information.
- You must not be registered on any PAGCOR exclusion list or self-exclusion registry.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
p789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of age, and proof of address. Accounts may be suspended pending verification.
4 Account Registration and Security
Each Player may hold only one registered account on the p789 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. p789 relies on your registration data for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p789 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact p789 support immediately via Live Chat, Messenger, or email at [email protected].
p789 supports two-factor authentication (2FA) and strongly recommends that all Players enable it. You may also enable device recognition and configure session timeouts in your account security settings.
KYC verification — including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of address — is required before your first withdrawal and may be required at any time at p789's discretion.
5 Deposits and Withdrawals
p789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always available on the Platform.
Deposits are credited to your p789 wallet upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. p789 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems. The minimum deposit is ₱100.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Completion of KYC verification.
- Minimum withdrawal amount of ₱500.
- Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in your wallet.
- Absence of any ongoing security review or fraud investigation.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to p789's anti-money laundering procedures.
p789 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where the Company reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, p789 will notify you of the review as permitted by applicable law.
All transactions on the p789 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
p789 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page.
General bonus terms applicable to all p789 promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and applicable game contributions are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- p789 reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it where abuse, exploitation of errors, or collusion is suspected.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonuses that remain unclaimed or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
- p789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
7 Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the p789 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
p789's casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or certified live dealer infrastructure provided by licensed game suppliers. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel.
p789 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's p789 wallet.
Sports betting selections are settled in accordance with the rules stated on the relevant market. p789 uses official competition results and recognized data providers for settlement. p789 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds where the error is manifest and material.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p789 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to access games, exploit bonuses, or manipulate bet outcomes.
- Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any multiplayer game format.
- Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
- Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors in sports markets without reporting them to p789.
- Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes of valid transactions with payment providers.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account.
Where prohibited conduct is detected, p789 may immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all pending and historical bets, and withhold or forfeit any balance to the extent permitted by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. p789 may also report such conduct to relevant authorities.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the p789 Platform — including but not limited to the p789 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of p789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of p789.
10 Responsible Gaming
p789 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide all Players with the following account-level tools to support responsible play:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
- Loss Limits: Restrict how much you can lose within a defined period.
- Session Timers: Configure automatic alerts and session timeouts.
- Self-Exclusion: Request immediate account access suspension for a defined period or permanently.
- Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications of session duration and net activity.
p789 may apply protective limits to accounts where our systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behavior, without prior notice, in accordance with our obligations under PAGCOR regulations.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p789's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your p789 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not p789 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
p789 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. p789 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p789 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
12 Amendments to These Terms
p789 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights or obligations — p789 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a notice on the Platform prior to the effective date.
Non-material changes, such as clarifications of existing provisions or corrections of typographical errors, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your p789 account and withdraw any available balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.
13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and p789, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution through p789's internal complaints process. Complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. p789 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any matter that cannot be resolved through the above process.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law, including rights available under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
